Order processing times.

Our orders are normally processed within 2-7 business days. During seasonal times like Christmas or Black Friday, order processing can take up more time. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

The shirts are made and shipped from our warehouses in America (US), Germany (EU), United Kingdom (UK) and Australia (AUS).

USA: shipping up to 2-5 business days

Canada: shipping up tp 10-15 business days

South America: shipping up to 10-18 business days


From German warehouse

Germany: shipping up to 2-3 business days

Europe: shipping up to 5-15 business days

Northern Europe / EFTA*: shipping up to 5-15 business days

Africa: shipping up to 10-30 business days

From United Kingdom warehouse

From Australian warehouse

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Showpony is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Showpony offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our Support team using the “Submit issue” form.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Showpony will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
